A 43-Second Kitchen Clip From November 2017 (Not a Keto Video)
I'm being upfront about this one: it isn't a keto video. It's a 43-second clip shot on my phone on 2017-11-04. It sat in a folder of unedited originals on my drive. The machine transcript picked up five words in total, at about the 15-second mark, and they amount to "in the kitchen" and a "yep" (live IMG_9615).
In this recording
- [0:00] Silence or background sound. The transcriber found no speech.
- [0:15] A few words: I'm answering someone, saying I'm in the kitchen.
- [0:43] The clip ends.
That's all of it. There's no question, no explanation and no advice. The transcript can't tell me what was on screen, and I'm not going to guess. It could have been a test before a Live, a clip for a friend, or a camera left running while I cooked. The file doesn't say, so this post doesn't either.
Why it has a page at all
Every recording I've found from the KetoDick years gets a page, including the short and empty ones. That way the list is complete. Nobody has to wonder whether a clip on the drive holds a lost explainer, and nothing quietly disappears because it looked boring. The answer for this one is no. There's no lost explainer here.
If you landed here looking for something real about keto in the kitchen, these are the recordings and pages that actually cover it:
- Lazy keto meal prep: slow-cooker pork chops. A 2019 Live where I really am in the kitchen, cooking a week of cheap protein in a crock pot.
- You can't outrun your fork. The line I kept coming back to: weight loss happens in the kitchen, and exercise is for health.
- Keto meal prep for beginners. One afternoon of cooking for one week of meals.
Key points
- This is a 43-second unedited clip from 2017-11-04 with five spoken words and no keto content (live IMG_9615).
- It's listed so the archive is complete, not because it teaches anything.
- For the kitchen side of keto, start with the meal-prep Live and the blog posts linked above.
